The Information System "School Management Committees (School Admin)" concerns the organization, recording, management and full supervision of Income and Expenditure of School Committees and School Communities of primary and secondary schools of a municipality. It has the ability to support many of School Committees, on the same database, thus ensuring lower acquisition and maintenance costs for operators, while also enables each school committee to work autonomously with its own data but, at staff level (Mayor, financial services, etc.) to deliver concentrated information wherever and whenever necessary, thus improving quality of operation of the local authority.
